Metal Surface Finish
Metal surface finish is done by an application of powder coating.
Powder varnishing is a modern process used for metal surface finishes. It ensures a quality metal surface finish by means of powder coats. The process may be applied to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The powder coats may be applied in two ways:
- Electrostatic
- Kinetic
Standard maximum dimensions of varnished products up to the weight of 300 kg:
- 1500 x 1200x 3900 mm
Flats (up to the height of 150 mm) - maximum dimensions are:
- 1800 x 4400mm
Colours used:
Shades:
- According to the RAL colour scale
- Special shades
- Special metallic colours, patina colours and varnishes
Colours by gloss:
- Glossy
- Half matte
- Matte
Colours by surface touch:
- Smooth colours
- Fine or coarse structure
Kinds of coats:
- Epoxypolyester paint for internal use
- Polyester paint - for external use
- Facade polyester paint - for heavy duty external use
- Facade polyurethane paint - for heavy duty external
- Epoxides
